Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or recognized equivalent and one journeyman-level industrial/commercial craft/trade as approved by Property Services Leadership (i.e., Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Structural, Instrumentation/Electronics, Refrigeration, Electronics/Fire Alarms) demonstrated by one of the following: Texas state license or approved equal license with two years of experience at the journeymen level. Job Description: Perform at a journeyman level in at least one distinct industrial/commercial trade craft (Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Structural, Instrumentation/Electronics, Refrigeration, Electronics/Fire Alarms) for maintenance and repair of heavy commercial building infrastructure and equipment.
