The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to translate estimating strategy into actionable plans, track performance through clear KPIs, visualize progress and capacity needs, and ensure estimating initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable results for a national homebuilder. Design and develop presentations, visualizations and tracking mechanisms to provide leadership and the broader organization with clear insights on measurable departmental performance data, metrics, implementation progress, risks, issues, operational readiness, and capacity constraints.
