Maintenance Assistance: Support maintenance staff with a variety of tasks including basic unit prep (lightbulb replacement, air filter changes, battery replacements), minor repairs, painting touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and general labor support as needed. Summary The Turn Team Member supports high-volume seasonal turnover operations in student housing communities. This work typically occurs over a 10-21 day period during which outgoing residents move out and incoming residents prepare to move in. Thisis a fast-paced, hands-on role involving daily assignments across various areas of the property. Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, assisting with cleaning and trash removal, supporting maintenance and preventative upkeep tasks, assembling and installing furniture, and providing general support during resident move-in activities. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): <ul><li>Furniture Delivery & Assembly: Assist with unloading, transporting, assembling, and placing furniture throughout units and common areas.
