Deliver excellent customer service and support to customers during the restoration process Pack, document, transport, clean, and restore customer contents damaged by fire, smoke, and other losses Protect and handle customer belongings with care and professionalism Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Dry cleaning, laundry, textile care, or contents restoration experience preferred Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders Ability to work in confined spaces, varying weather conditions, and moderate-to-loud noise environments Ability to perform repetitive movements and travel between job sites Ability to safely operate vehicles, machinery, power tools, and heavy equipment.
