Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces,sanitizing to uphold a hygienic environment, emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies if needed, and operating various cleaning equipment such as buffer machines, ride-behind machines, side-by-side machines, floor scrubbers, shampoo carpet machines, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, floating to various assigned work sites, valid Hawaii driver's license preferred, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of each building.
