Creates schedules, approves PTO, and maintains team member files • Assists in covering for other Supervisors if necessary and responsible for managing the department for short periods of time in the absence of the Director / Manager • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: HS/GED and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience to include the following: • Five (5) years of experience in environmental services or housekeeping • Two (2) years of experience as a Supervisor, Lead or Project Lead • Customer service • Evidence of a good driving record (OR) AA/AS degree plus a minimum of seven (7) years' experience as stated above BA/BS degree plus a minimum of five (5) years' experience to include three (3) years of experience in environmental services or housekeeping AND two (2) years of experience as a Supervisor, Lead or Project Lead. Job Overview: The Supervisor Specialty Cleaning Team oversees daily operations for specialized disinfection areas, including Infusion Pharmacies, the Cell Therapy and Gene Engineering Facilities, the Cyclotron, Sterile Processing, Operating Rooms, and Procedure Rooms.
