Essential Duties - Perform routine custodial tasks inside and outside buildings, which include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, removing trash, and replenishing supplies. - Apply skills and knowledge of equipment and supplies applicable to vacuums, brooms, mops, and cleaning products. - Provide good customer service and effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. - Request and stock supplies and maintain custodian closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner. - Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. - Ensure proper labeling, dilution, and use of chemicals. - Apply environmental, safety and health requirements in daily tasks. - Maintain compliance with institutional and job-specic required training. - Perform other duties as assigned.
