WORKING CONDITIONS: Incumbent performs duties in office buildings and outdoors, working with or near potentially hazardous cleaning chemicals, working in wet/icy surroundings, work near fumes, odors, dust, dirt, work in high places such as ladders and roofs, wear protective clothing or equipment, for which safety/health precautions must be followed at all times to avoid injury to self and others. PHYSICAL EFFORT: Incumbent physically perform essential duties of the position, including exerting sustained physical effort, bending/reaching, crouching/kneeling, handling/grasping/fingering objects, sitting/walking at will, standing/walking for long periods, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, close/far vision, depth perception, speaking clearly, and hearing sounds/communications.
