Essential Functions and Responsibilities : The position will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform the necessary tasks with verifying that the buildings in good repair by performing the following duties: maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and other related maintenance activities when required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
