Daily Responsibilities: <ul><li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.</li><li>Clean and sanitize locker rooms, including showers and benches</li><li>Ensure all common areas, such as reception and seating areas, are tidy and presentable.</li><li>Wipe down and disinfect gym equipment, including weights, cardio machines, and benches.</li><li>Sweep and mop floors, ensuring all workout areas are free of dust and debris.</li><li>Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.</li><li>Restock toilet paper, hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, and other necessary supplies.</li><li>Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces to remove smudges and fingerprints.</li><li>Report any maintenance or repair needs to management. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Previous cleaning or janitorial experience required. </li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently within the scheduled hours. </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment. </li><li>Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. </li><li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. </li></ul>Schedule: <ul><li>Monday - Friday, 2 hours per day (Exact shift timing to be determined). </li></ul>Compensation: $14/hr If you are interested in this opportunity and take pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, we encourage you to apply!

The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client’s specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming</li><li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects</li><li>Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas</li><li>Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials</li><li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment</li><li>Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing</li><li>Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies</li><li>Follow housekeeping schedule</li><li>Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers</li><li>Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position</li><li>On the job training will be provided</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow instructions effectively</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):<ul><li>Prior cleaning or janitorial experience</li><li>Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing</li><li>Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance</li></ul>
