The Regional Facilities Manager is expected to be highly visible in venues, identify issues before they become larger problems, help solve challenges in real time, coach venue teams, and drive accountability for the overall condition of the region. • Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, misting systems, playground equipment, golf course features, landscaping, building systems, and other venue assets.
