Working closely with the Director of Operations, the Operations & Event Conversion Manager coordinates facility operations, event logistics, conversion activities, staffing, safety compliance, and cross-functional teams to support conventions, trade shows, concerts, festivals, community events, and outdoor programming. We deliver a fully integrated suite of premium services through a white-label model that keeps our partners front and center - from feasibility and project development to sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and world-class content and booking.
