LOVB's Coach Enhancement Program provides qualified club, high school, and collegiate coaches with the opportunity to support an LOVBPro team's training environment while gaining exposure to professional-level coaching and practice methodologies. Employees should generally anticipate approximately three hours per scheduled practice day, with additional hours as required for approved meetings, preparation, film/analytics support, setup, teardown, or other assigned responsibilities.
