Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and continuously improving the maintenance, repair, cleanliness, safety, reliability, and state of good repair of Metro-owned and operated facilities, grounds, transit centers, maintenance and administrative buildings, bus stops and shelters, and related facility systems and equipment. Oversee state of good repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing/building envelope, doors/access systems, fire/life-safety, fueling systems, tanks, lubrication systems, wash racks/fuel lanes, compressed air, and related shop systems.
