Leads shift execution in the assigned production, warehouse, Quad, Flex, or support area, including staffing, safety, quality, output, training, escalation, and shift handoff for the Utica liquid-cooling manufacturing and distribution site. Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent front-line leadership experience may be considered.
