A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or area of study related to data sciences and data mining, economics, finance or other analytical fields may substitute for 12 months of experience OR a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or area of study related to data sciences and data mining, economics, finance, public policy or other analytical fields may substitute for 18 months of experience. The Data Analyst serves as a senior statistical and analytical expert, responsible for producing advanced, highly technical analyses that support statewide program planning, federal reporting, legislative responses, and long-range forecasting.
