Reporting to the Senior Managing Director of People, the Senior HR Manager provides leadership and day-to-day oversight for key Human Resources functions that support the agency's people strategy, compliance obligations, employee relations practices, and employee engagement initiatives. We serve 1,500 youth annually, operating or partnering to provide more than 500 emergency shelter, transitional, supportive, and subsidy-based housing beds at several unique sites across San Francisco.
