Reception activities including answering incoming & making appointment reminder calls, checking clients in/out for appointments, scheduling appointments, verifying client insurance coverage, maintaining conference room schedules, mail distribution.table border="1" style="width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border:medium none">- Conduct case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions and to ensure contractual performance expectations are met.

- Ensure all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of calling and leaving a message.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
