Develop or review: general arrangements and equipment layouts, one-line and three-line diagrams, grounding, lightning protection, conduit, and cable plans, bus, equipment, and structural calculations, AC and DC station-service systems, protection schematics and logic diagrams, control schematics and wiring diagrams, relay panel layouts, bills of materials and cable schedules, equipment specifications and procurement packages. Select and specify major substation equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, switches, instrument transformers, relays, control panels, batteries, and chargers.
