Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide outstanding patient care and neurological-focused assessments</li><li>Triage patient concerns and help guide urgent situations</li><li>Assist with clinic procedures (wound care, suture/staple removal, dressing changes)</li><li>Support pre- and post-operative education to empower patients and families</li><li>Coordinate imaging, referrals, surgical prep, and follow-up care</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth clinic flow</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Education: <ul><li>Associates Degree in Nursing (RN's must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)</li><li>Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program</li></ul>Certifiation/Licensure<ul><li>Active RN or LPN license issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing</li><li>CMA certification preferred</li><li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire</li></ul>Experience: <ul><li>Clinical experience preferred; neurosurgery or neuro background is a plus but not required</li></ul>
