Reporting to the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs, the Dean of the Faculty serves as the chief academic leader for faculty affairs at Clarke University, stewarding academic innovation initiatives, overall academic quality and the quality of teaching practices, shared governance, and faculty leadership development in alignment with the University's mission and BVM Catholic values of Freedom, Education, Charity, and Justice. The successful candidate will be a reflective leader, respected by faculty peers, capable of guiding conversation, resolving conflict, and sustaining academic excellence through periods of transformational change.
