Manager, Payroll and Benefits, HRIS Manager, and HR teams, this role serves as the functional expert for the Workday Payroll and Benefits module, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization, resolve complex issues, implement new functionality, and improve business processes. The Workday Functional Analyst also serves as the primary backup to the HRIS Manager and contributes to broader HR technology initiatives including system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, security administration, and Workday roadmap planning.
