Assures clinical tracking documents are complete, including, but not limitied to I & O, food consumption, blood glucose, weights, neuro checks, skilled and rehab needs, incidentand accidents, pain management, Braden adn other skin assessments, fall risk assessments. Provide, supervise and assist with direct resident care; including but not limitied to: call bell response, toileting, feeding, grooming, transrer, ambulation, resotrative services; Implement, evqaluate and document behavior management.
