Coordinate the Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) program and holter monitor tracking, including collaborating with providers to identify appropriate patients, scheduling appointments, providing patient education, configuring monitoring devices, downloading and preparing study data for provider interpretation, tracking device inventory, and ordering supplies associated with device distribution and shipping. Participate in department and entity-level performance improvement initiatives, work culture activities, continuing education opportunities, staff meetings, and other organizational initiatives that support quality patient care and operational excellence.
