Essential Job Duties: The position will involve exercising discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance, and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead the monthly close process, including review of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, expense accruals, journal entries, and other close activities, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and established timelines. Oversee and manage offshore accounts payable representatives through the Company's third-party service provider, including assigning and prioritizing work, monitoring performance and service levels, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with approval authorities, payment controls, and accounting policies.
