Provides and utilizes clinical expertise and skills to assist referral sources and/or patients with: identification of appropriate candidates for home infusion or home health care, identification of the patients or caregivers ability to provide care, patient education and training regarding therapy and supplies. Individuals who reside in and will work from the following areas are not eligible for remote work position: Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
