Under the supervision of the Associate Director, HEPR, and in close liaison with the Public Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Division (PPR), the Programme Specialist leads results-based management, programme monitoring, donor reporting, and planning, monitoring and evaluation activities for HEPR. The incumbent also works in collaboration with both PPR and the Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division (PFP) to support grant oversight, partnership engagement, resource mobilization, knowledge management and reporting across headquarters, Regional Offices and Country Offices.
