The RD-Home Infusion Clinical Liaison serves as the nutrition liaison between referral sources, the home infusion pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely initiation and ongoing management of enteral nutrition therapy. Provides education and counselling to patients and caregivers on enteral feeding therapy, including formula administration, pump use, tube care, troubleshooting, and nutrition goals.

This includes support for all users that utilize these systems mainly focusing on fixed site operations that are located all over the country.

Position Summary: The Appeals & Grievances (A&G) unit manages Healthfirst member complaints, grievances and appeals that are presented by the member or provider pertaining to the authorization of or delivery of clinical and non-clinical services.
