For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego is $157,000 to $235,000 and the base salary pay range for Director in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego is $179,000 to $268,000. Have a focus on local market leadership & collaboration including the strategy alignment of the global and local market account initiatives, practice collaboration by defining service offerings and bringing those to market by utilizing all of Slalom resources and people, and promoting Slalom by attending and being involved in industry events, panels, boards, etc.
