Develops, updates, and implements clinical and patient services policies, procedures, and quality initiatives, including those supporting the dietetic internship program, and partners with leadership to align clinical nutrition and patient services operations. Provides leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to clinical and patient services staff, communicates departmental goals, and priorities, and manages performance evaluations and corrective actions in accordance with organizational policies.
