Develops engaging clinical and leadership training content and materials, including associated experiential activities and handouts/resources, that reflect the mission, values, and clinical vision of HealthRIGHT 360, with a focus on culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. They ensure the clinical workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to deliver high-quality, client-centered, and trauma-informed care.
