This position serves as the day-to-day navigator of clinical needs including, but not limited to: surgery scheduling, navigation between clinic and OR/cath lab, pre- and post-operative vascular education, and direct scheduling/scheduling of procedures, etc., and supervises the development, implementation and organization of the overall program collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This position provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers, including direct patient care, electronic health record management, coordination of referrals and prior authorizations, and administrative functions essential to clinic operations.
