Restaurant Associates is seeking a hands-on Senior Sous Chef to partner closely with the Executive Chef to lead the day-to-day culinary operations of a premier corporate café, executive dining room, and premier catering program located in Westchester, NY. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you'll be actively engaged in the day-to-day kitchen operations, working alongside the culinary team in food preparation, cooking, plating, and service execution.
