Position Overview: The Primary Care / PACT Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to Veterans in a multidisciplinary outpatient environment, combining clinical assessment, care coordination, patient education, chronic disease management, and procedural assistance. IMPORTANT VA EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: To be eligible for this VA assignment, all RN nursing degrees held by the candidate, regardless of degree level (ASN/ADN, BSN, MSN, etc.), must be from nursing programs that were ACEN or CCNE accredited at the time of graduation.
