This role is responsible for coordinating safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while supporting staffing, patient flow, staff development quality improvement, patient experience, and departmental goals. The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit and serves as a resource to nursing staff, patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
