Leads the configuration, management, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities, including integrations with discovery tools, procurement systems, identity platforms, endpoint management solutions, and vendor data sources, ensuring platform functionality supports enterprise asset lifecycle requirements. The Director owns both the implementation and ongoing operations of the HAM and SAM program, leads a team of asset management professionals, and partners across Infrastructure, Information Security, Procurement, Finance, Clinical Engineering, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure enterprise-wide asset visibility, compliance, and value realization.
