These services include providing technical support in the examination room with outpatient and in-patient procedures, assisting with case management of animals admitted to the hospital, assisting with technical procedures, communications with clients and sometimes referring veterinarians. The Internal Medicine Technician or Assistant works collaboratively with their assigned veterinarian, other staff veterinarians and the entire Angell support staff to provide Angell clientele with excellent clinical and customer service.
