Associate Director: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred with 8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting clinical-stage drug, biologic, cell therapy, oncology, immunology, or rare disease programs.
