Admits new patients, completing the following: Nurses Admission Record, Nurses Notes, status change slip, dietary requisition, taking off orders, and checking MAR's. (Example: Vital signs, ROM, ambulation, rehabilitative programs, etc.) Monitors documentation of care and treatments performed by nursing assistants and orderlies.
