Collaborate with program site leadership members to monitor, manage, and mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation per related policies and protocols . Facilitates IDG meetings and provides ongoing IDG Support such as triaging incoming calls, provides caller support and assistance, and performs quality calls .
