Leads, facilitates, and consults with multidisciplinary healthcare provider work teams in the specification and design of the EMR for order management, clinical data repository, documentation, clinical pathways, and clinical and operational decision support. Key responsibilities include validating and optimizing Epic tools (e.g., flowsheets, LDAs, smart forms, smart links), providing end-user support, and delivering training for new functionality, system upgrades, and documentation of best practices.
