Payroll / Rewards / Compensation and Benefits: Leading full-cycle payroll, timekeeping, wage calculations, audits, benefit administration, invoice reconciliation, leave/COBRA/ACA support and compensation-related reporting. This is a hands-on HR leadership role supporting compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and confidential employee records across home health, home care and hospice operations.
