Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies, & Skills Required Qualifications Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred 8 - 12 years of experience in clinical operations, delivery/program management, or client operations within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research Prior people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Prior experience managing client interactions and client operations Working knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and clinical trial regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder contracts or studies simultaneously Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable building and presenting portfolio-level metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing client relationships directly Preferred Qualifications Experience in a sponsor, CRO, or healthcare technology environment Track record scaling operational processes in a high-growth or ambiguous environment Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Hubspot, or similar) Experience with clinical biospecimen management, imaging, registry, or observational study operations a plus.
