Key services include housing, mental health care, medical care, domestic violence services, substance abuse treatment, income assistance and life skills programs --- all aimed at improving the self-sufficiency of the individuals and families served. Day to Day Responsibilities: Attend meetings, respond to email correspondence, develop and maintain appropriate relationships (including with the Department of Mental Health and other Intensive Case Management support organizations) on behalf of the Senior Director and staff.
