The General Manager will work directly with our Account Managers, field leadership, service scheduler, accounting personnel, and other office employees to ensure continuity, accountability, and consistent execution throughout the company. We need an experienced, highly professional leader with at least 10 years of commercial mechanical-contractor experience and a strong working understanding of commercial HVAC, boilers, piping, welding, service operations, construction projects, and field safety.
