The MICU consists of 20 beds and caters to patients with a range of critical conditions, including but not limited to substance abuse, severe psychiatric disorders, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and cardiogenic shock.
