What You'll Be Doing: Provide trauma-informed therapy services in clients' homes and community settings Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with client goals Educate and support clients and families by connecting them to mental health resources Coordinate care with community agencies and interdisciplinary treatment teams Maintain licensure requirements through ongoing training and supervision Travel within the community to deliver services, with mileage and time fully compensated.
