Produce a clear and concise documentation in all services including, but not limited to: Admit note, assessment, daily charting, weekly clinical review, staffing notes, treatment plans updates, biopsychosocial, transition and discharge planning, documentation of family sessions as needed and all summaries. Utilize knowledge of chemical dependency and counseling techniques to introduce effective education and counseling for patients under his/her care and in each unit under other clinical staff.
