LMSW with at least 2 years of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience required; LCSW with at least 2-4 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred; SIFI certification required; Experience in a court or criminal justice setting preferred; Ability to manage and support a diverse workforce in a culturally-competent manner; Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a variety of court personnel and on-site partner agencies in a high-pressure/fast paced work environment; Skill and openness to constructive engagement with differing and, at times, competing stakeholder perspectives; Commitment to, and experience using, holistic and strengths-based approaches, meeting participants where they are, as well as the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner; Experience working with drug/alcohol treatment, mental health services, co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches strongly preferred; Experience working with and addressing the specific needs of young adults, LGBTQ+ people, and women strongly preferred; Knowledge of and/or lived experience related to the criminal justice system and its impacts on communities; Strong knowledge of community-based resources throughout New York City; Project management experience, including experience developing internal policies, allocating resources, and managing staff toward deadlines and performance goals; A self-starter and skilled communicator, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment and prepared to help envision, develop, and implement new initiatives; Excellent organization and time management skills; Strong writing and verbal communication skills; and; Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. The Clinical Supervisor will be part of Manhattan Justice’s leadership team and will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of social workers, case managers, and restorative justice practitioners; managing a caseload; and overseeing the development and implementation of onsite social service programming and referrals to community-based providers.
