Community Safety Skills: Assesses risk and safety issues as they relate to milieu programming, acuity of clients, staffing and environmental conditions; is able to order for restraints or seclusion that extends beyond the age/time limits must be received from the doctor by the QMHP.Crisis Intervention Skills: Perform intensive crisis interventions, leads, collaborates with, and directs staff during interventions, conducts assessment of suicide and homicide risk and creates safety plans as appropriate. Variable hour schedule - days and times to support the needs of programsDemonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:The Clinical Responder is responsible for assessing children in need of emergency restraint and seclusions, conducting intakes, and assisting campus supervisors with milieu management tasks, as necessary.
